ENGAGED AT TE RAPA After being off the scene since last spring, TakU Kara is due to reappear at the Waikato meeting, where lie figures in the Beerescourt Handicap. The distance, one mile, will suit the son of Bamburv and Te Ngeru admirably, and if produced in the right condition he will keep the opposition busy. As Taku Kara is a capable galloper under winter conditions, a good future should be in store for him.
