AMBULANCE CADETS
A parade of 70 members of the Kowhai School cadet ambulance division was inspected by the Right Rev. W. J* Simkin, Bishop of Auckland, last evening. After inspection the Bishop, who has just accepted the position Qf president of the Auckland district of the St. John Ambulance Brigade, was invested with the silver badge of office -by District-Ofhcer C. E. A. Lindesay, acting on behalf of the district superintendent, Mr. C. -W. Gooderham. . , ... Bishop Simkin then presented certificates earned by the cadets during the year and also grand prior badges to S. Wilson, Sergeant; M. Lowe and Sergeant A. Ritchie.
