DISPERSAL SALE
SLY FOX BRIXGS 160GS (Special.) GISBORNE, this day. At a dispersal sale of thoroughbred horses held at Matawhero on account of the estate of the late Alex Mcintosh, a Dannevirke buyer, Mr. L. C. Breakwell, secured the eight-year stallion Sly Fox at top price, 160gs. The next highestpriced horse was the mare Sporting Sister at 121gs, hut the ultimate destination of the purchase was not disclosed. Local buyers came in at 91gs for a three-year Bulahdshar —Minnikin filly, which was secured by Mr. W. S. Black. Other prices ranged from oOgs down to logs.
