NURSES' EXAMINATIONS
The Auckland Hospital nursing candidates, according to the actinglady superintendent's report, had an excellent l'Scord in the recent preliminary and final State examinations. In the preliminary 49 out of 62 candidates had full passes and 10 partial passes. In the final examination 40 out of 42 candidates passed, 17 with honours, and one tied with-a New Plymouth Hospital nurse for highest marks. The failures were only five out of 104 candidates.
