AUCKLAND'S SICK LIST
The large number of sick and iniured people tended in the Auckland hospital district was indicated in a return placed before the hospital board last night. In this it was stated that the average number of patients daily in hospital in the district for the past nine months was 1881, as against 1596 last year. Following are the figures for the various institutions this year:—Auckland hospital 971, Onehunga emergen cv hospital 35, Wilson Home 58, Ellerslie emergency hospital 217, Green Lane hospital 565, Alexandra Heme 3, Franklin hospital 8, Warkworth hospital 5, Takapuna emergency hospital 13.
