AXIS MANPOWER
Rec. 1.30 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 8. The manpower problems of the Axis were further emphasised in today's reports from Stockholm. All Italian males between 14 and 70 and females between 14 and 60 are being mobilised for war industries. It is said that Mussolini has taken these decisions following the German example. The German Government has recalled all German residents in Switzerland. Under the new mobilisation order all must leave Switzerland within a week. No exceptions will be allowed.
