A STRONG MAN
A 10-gallon keg full of beer was an exhibit in a case in the Supreme Court, Wellington. One witness, aged 18, gave evidence that he carried the keg up a flight of seven or eight steps. Mr. Justice Blair inquired the weight of the keg and,* on being informed that it was about 1421b, asked whether the young man was any relative of Sandow, the strong man.
