General Mihailovich's Campaign In Yugoslavia It . DRASTIC NAZI REPRISALS ' Rec. 10 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 7. The Yugoslav Government in London learns that General Mihailovich, leader of the Yugoslav guerillas, has ordered a disobedience campaign m central and southern Yugoslavia. General Neditch, Premier of the puppet Serbian Government, has urged Yugoslavs to ignore General Mihailovich's order. The German Commander-in-Chief, General Badei, has warned that 100 civilians wiUDe shot for every district prefect leaving his. post and ten for every Mayor joining Mihailovich, as well as iw for every act of sabotage. .
