ELECTRO. ZINC SHARES
Electrolytic Zinc Company of Australasia, Ltd., reports that the terms of the new issue having been complied with, the new and old ordinary shares are now on the same footing for dividend and all other purposes. The use of distinctive share certificates for the new shares is, therefore, being discontinued. It is not intended to call in the new issue certificates for replacement by ordinary certificates, but replacement will be made as certificates are lodged for transfer.
