RED CROSS SHOP
Representatives of the various organisations who had manned the Red Cross shop during the year were entertained in the Victoria League rooms yesterday • morning. The guests were welcomed by the president of the league, Mrs. J. B. Macfarlane, the chairman, Mrs. L. S. Rickerby, and Mrs. C. R. Keeble and Mrs. D. Hay, representing the executive. An outline of the work of the Red Cross Society was given by Mr. A. A. Harker, secretary of the Auckland branch of the society.
