SUPREME COURT TO OPEN O.N TCESDAV The October session of the Supreme ('our' will be opened on Tuesday, and so far 1 i criminal actions have been set down for the consideration of the grand jury. Included in the ensuing civil calendar are 120 undefended divorce petitions, and nine divorce petitions to which defences have been tiled. Three of the defended divorce suits are to be heard before a jury, and six before a judge alone There are civil act ions on the list. IS nl them to lie heard before a jury of twelve. 17 before a judge alone, and lour before a special jurv of four.
