Bank of New Zealand shares, selling at £2 0/3, gained another 3d on the Auckland Stock Exchange to-day. This is the highest price for nearly a year. Colonial Sugars made further recovery from the recent setback, a parcel changing hands at £50 10/. The market generally was quiet and firm with sellers largely holding aloof.
