Regulations. 1942, the Minister of Marketinf 3 ftereby declares and directs as follows:— 1. This Notice may be cited as the Auckl&nc Special Egg Marketing Notice No. 1. 2. This Notice shall come into force on th« Ist day of October. 1942. T 5 e ~ Auck *and Ecg Marketing Area (a? denned by the notice in the Gazette ol 24fh September. 1942. at page 2415) is hereby declared to be a special egg markett ing area for the purposes ol the Egg , Marketing Emergency Regulations. 1942. 1 4. Auckland): Allan Sawyers, trading as Walnut Butter Co. (registered office. Eden Terrace. Auckland); or Poultrymen's Co-operative Society. Ltd. (registered office. Anzac Avenue. Auckland). "Minister" means the Minister of Marketing. "Special area" means the special egg marketing area hereinbefore constituted. 5. No eggs shall be sold by way of sale by wholesale within the special area, except by an authorised distributor, acting under the authority and in accordance with the directions of the Minister. 6. All eggs for sale by wholesale within the special area shall be delivered to an authorised distributor or to its order, and shail be accounted for on consignment, less such commission and other deductions as the Minister from time to time directs: Provided that eggs in quantities of less than 30 dozen may be delivered at such receiving depots as the Minister may appoint. In which case they will be paid for at the depots at the price of Mtd per dozen less than the appropriate maximum wholesale price for ungraded eggs as for the time being fixed, by the Price Order current under the Control of Price* Emergency Regulations. 1939. 7. Except through the agency of an authorised distributor, no person shall within the special area purchase or accept any eggs for sale by retail, whether in the form in which they are received or in any other form or as part of any meal or commodity.
