(British Official Wireless) Rec. I p.m. RUGBY. Serpt. 28. i International Tin Committee, at a meeting agre ® d that , the quota be continued until further notice at 105 per cent of standard tonnages. The committee, however, decided that if any territory should be able to exceed this amount the quota will be increased retrospectively and generally in order to cover actual production in that territory. In pursuance of its general policy, the committee also decided that there shall be no actual carry-forward" of any deficiencies in export from one year to another until further notice. Sir John Campbell was elccted chairman of the committee.
