TERMS REJECTED
Reported Decision By Vichy On Armistice POSITION IN MADAGASCAR Rec. 11.30 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 17. Vichy radio announced that the terms of the Madagascar armistice are unacceptable, and resistance will continue. Later reports say there is no confirmation from any other source of the rejection of the armistice terms.
