CREAM SATIN AND LACE WORN"
At the Pitt Street Methodist Church on Saturday afternoon the wedding took place of Sybil Clarice Beryl Rowlands, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. \V. T. Rowlands, 76, u u s ' Road, Milford, and Harold Bowman Rimmer, only son of Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Rimmer, 15, Marmion Street, City. The Rev. E. T. Ok:s officiated. Thp bride, who was given away by her father, wore a lovely frock of cream satin with lace insets, fashioned to fall into a fish tail train. A double coronet of orange blossoms held the tulle veil in place, and she can led a shower bouquet of white sweet peas, cyclamen, freesias, roses and orchids.
The bridesmaids were Miss Fay Duthie and Miss Stacey Adeane, who wore frocks alike of pink spotted net over taffeta. The bodices were tight fitting and the skirts very full, and they carried posies of pink sweet peas, cyclamen and carnations. The bridegroom was attended by Mr. H. Kinney as best man and Driver E. i . Brown as groomsman. After the ceremony a reception was held at Lyon's Reception Hall, where Mrs. Rowlands received her guests wearing grey satin with wine assessories. The bridegroom's mother was in navy blue georgette with accessories. I
