NEW CUBAN CABINET
Rec. 1 p.m. HAVANA, August 16. President Batista, of Cuba, is forming a new Cabinet, and has named Senator Ramon Zaydin Prime Minister. Senator Zaydin was a former golitical adversary of President atista, and therefore the move is understood to be aiming at the formation of a Cabinet for national unity for the war.
