F° r three weeks in succession surprises have been the order in the Gallaher bhiekl competition of the Auckland Rugbv xP, 10 ?/ Last Saturday it was Technical Old Boys turn at the expense of JlanuKau, which had defeated the leading teams tne two previous weeks. In the principal fixture at Eden Park C.R.O_ after leading 3 at the interval, had a hard tussle to make a draw with M.T.P. Garrison conquered Ranfurlys in the curtain-raiser while Grafton - Ponsonby lowered the S,?.f?" rs Sf A-S.C. in the contest at Onenunga. Conditions for play were favourable and there was a good attendance at t-aen Park which was augmented by a large number of the C.R.O.'s. Results were:— C.R.O. 12, drew with M.T.P. 12.
