WATER IN MILK
MANGERE FARMERS FINED
In the Magistrate's Court at Onehunga this morning, before Mr. F. H. Levien, "S.M., Ashton William Ogilvie and James Edward Ogilvie, trading as Ogilvie Brothers, farmers, of Mangere, pleaded guilty to charges of supplying milk containing 9 per cent of added water and a deficiency of solids.
For defendants, Mr. R. E. N. Matthews stated that the trouble was caused by a leak in the milk cooler. They were fined £3 10/ and £1 12/6 costs.
