MILK
In your issue of Julv 31 a correspondent signing herself '"Stale Milk" complains that, as she lives near the end of her milkman's delivery, she is obliged to give her children condensed milk for breakfast, but why should she do so? There is a ?]rPP' e remedy for her troubles. \\ hen the milk arrives scald it immediately, then cool it rapidly under running water; treated thus, it is very nice and has no scalded flavour (visitors never notice mine is not fresh), and, if kept in a good safe, will during cold weather be in perfect condition for three davs E A.M.
