APPEAL DISMISSED
Judgment has been given by the Arbitration Court in an appeal by the Martha Gold Mining Companv (Waihi), Limited (Mr. West), against la magistrate's decision awarding a I penalty against the appellants in respect to an alleged breach of the goldmines employees' awa'rd by payi lg less than the award rate to certain i workers. After reviewing the facts and the law at length, the Court decided that there were not adequate grounds for reversing the magistrate's decision, and dismissed the appeal.
