AXIS PRISONERS
ARRIVAL IN CANADA Rec. 10 a.m. OTTAWA, June 8. The Defence Minister, Colonel J. Ralston, has announced that thousands of German war prisoners have arrived in Canada during the past fortnight, including two generals and 200 other officers. It is assumed in unofficial quarters that the prisoners were taken from the Libyan campaign.
