The following is the official market report of the Auckland Grain, Seed and Produce Merchants' Association:— Wheat.—There is no advice of any further shipments, but meantime good stocks are held by merchants and are being sold through store - "at from 7 3 U> 7 4 a bushel. Maize. —There was a good demand throughout last month for delivery in accordance with the special arrangements made with the Government, and naturally the demand will be somewhat quiet for the next few weeks. Store prices are from 7/11 to 8 1 a bushel. Oats. —There is a good inquiry with the market firm. Through store B Gartons are available at from 5 8 to 5 9 a bushel. Barley.—Barley is meeting with a fair inquirv. and ample stocks are held. Undipped barlev is selling through store at 6 3 to 6 6 a bushel, "and clipped at from 6 9 to 7. a bushel. Barleymeal.—Merchants are finding difficultv in keeping up with the demand ior barleymeal.* the prices for which range from £14 to £14 15/ a ton. Stockmeal. —There is no stockmeal available, but as a substitute a fair quantity of locally-ground wheatmeal is being sold at froin £14 10. to £15 a ton. Chaff.—The southern market is firm, and spot stocks short on account of the difficultv of obtaining shipping space. Through store* prices axe from £11 10 to £12 5 a ton.
