FARMERS' TRADINGS FIRMER
Farmers' Trading?, with buyers moving up to 19/ and sellers at par. staged a further recovery on the Auckland Stock Exchange to-day. South British Insurances. selling at £2 14/9, were also slightly firmer. The market was fairly quiet with late levels ruling. In the Australian group. Colonial Sugars were sought at £45 5/ against £43 10/ a week ago. Government loans were firm.
