Martha (Waihi). —For 19 days ended May 2: 14.217 tons of ore crushed for 37130z of gold and 22.6760z of silver. Waitahn (West Coast). —Final wash-up In No. 30 paddock. 48oz for 304 hours. Nirahere Dredre (West Coast). —A net profit of £16.388 is shown In the accounts of Ngahere Gold Dredging (West Coast), for 1941. compared with £9132 in the previous year. In addition. £2365 was received In payment of a claim for loia of profit* arising out of dredge stoppages in 1940. making the total credit £ 18.753. which has been used In reduction of current liabilities. Gold to the value of £77,445 was recovered during 1941, the total operating expenses averaging 4.1 d a yard. Flaeer Development, Ltd., announces a halfyearly dividend of 25 cents (Canadian) a share, the first since Bulolo Gold Dredging. Ltd.. the principal subsidiary, suspended operations In New Guinea. For the last four years the half-yearly dividends have been 60 cents a share.
