It can be assumed that the ma i:>ri*v of the old-priced stocks of tobacco in retailers' hands will hi* sold byMonday next. May 11. and with a view to facilitating a resumption of orderly trading at the earliest possible date, the Price Tribunal has ruled that all retail vendors of tobacco and cigarettes will be able to charge prices at the higher rate as per the new authorisations issued to tobacco manufacturers as from, and including the date named.
