STOCK AT WESTFIELD

EWES SUGHTTA' EASIER Steady rates were obtained for most classes of stock, of which there were average yardings, at the weekly Westfield sale yesterday. Ox and cow beef were forward in good numbers, and met with steady competition. In the sheep section a large entry was offered, values for ewes being easier, though wethers were unchanged. Lambs changed hands freely, with no alteration in rates. Bidding was average for a good entry of calves.
