S U GAR RATIONING S U GAR RATIONING WHEN AND WHERE TO REGISTER There appears to exist considerable misunderstanding amongst the Public regarding the rationing of Sugar and THE AUCKLAND MASTER GROCERS' ASSOCIATION takes this opportunity of clarifying the position. 1. Sugar rationing is a WAR EMERGENCY and this Association considers that no Retailer should endeavour to PROFIT from it. 2. Ration Books will be issued shortly and full instructions regarding the procedure to be adopted will be issued by the Government. Customers should register with their REGULAR GROCER, FROM WHOM THEY NORMALLY OBTAIN THEIR SUPPLIES. Under no circumstances and for no consideration whatever should Customers be induced to register with other than the Grocer with whom they regularly deal. 4. NO GROCER IS YET PERMITTED TO REGISTER ANY CUSTOMER. This advertisement has been inserted in the belief that NOBODY SHOULD TAKE AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE OF A WAR EMERGENCY and in the hope that people will continue to patronise their usual Grocer. REMEMBER — REGISTER WITH YOUR REGULAR GROCER INSERTED BY THE AUCKLAND MASTER GROCERS' ASSOCIATION IN THE INTERESTS OF ALL CONCERNED. i,mmitciuiiiiii: ,, ii:!!iiiii,i.iii:;i!ti:!iii!H!imi;ii!:iiiiiiiii;aii::ii:::iii:;; , :.::!:;iii , i,:!!:L ..i,.1:1.
