IMPRISOXMKNT IMPOSED Pleading guilty to the theft of a clinometer and two tins of tobacco, of a total value of £o 4/3. the property of W. Stevenson and Sons, contractors. Pukekoho. a young Maori. Dick Heta (28), was sentenced to three months' imprisonment with hard labour bv Mr. J. H Luxford. S.M.. in the Pukekohe Police Court yesterday. Sergeant T." Kelly said accused removed the articles from a surveyor's car while it was parked in a street on Pukekohe Hill. Accused, he added, had previous convictions on three charges cf housebreaking at Auckland.
