RECREATION TENT
FACILITIES AT MAADI NEW BUILDING FOR N.Z.E.F. (N.Z.E.F. Official News Service) CAIRO, February 23 The Maadi recreation tent has been a popular off-duty venue, the amenities of which have been enjoyed by every New Zealander in the Middle East since the first contingent arrived. The tent celebrated its second anniversary, timing the event for the opening of a new brick building which has been tastefully and comfortably furnished as a lecture room and lounge. The New Zealanders are grateful to the citizens of Maadi, who have spent time energy and money in making the tent such a success.
