GOOD STOCKS OF WHEAT The following is the official market report of the Auckland a rain. Seed and Produce Merchants' Association;— Wheat.—Merchants are holding stocks ln store and prices range from 7/3 to 7/4 per bushel. Maise.—Ample stocks are held ln store, with regular shipments coming forward from the Bay of Plenty, store prices ranging from 7/9 to 7/11 per bushel. The usual Id per bushel monthly increment will operate from the beginning of January. Steekmeal.—Stocks are not heavy and the demand is being met from store at from £10 17/8 to £11 10/ per ton. Oats.—Supplies oi good quality oats are difficult to procure and the market Is firm. The demand, however, is not heavy, through store prices being 5/3 to 5/4 per bushel. Barler- —Merchants are holding good stocks and the demand is quiet, with uncllitped selling at from 5/10 to 6/ per bushel, and clipped at 8/3 to 8/8, . Barleyaaeal.—'There Is a fair Inquiry for this line, which is selling at from £13 to £13 IS/ per Braa.—The position remains unchanged, with stocks still being rationed.
