JEFF OUT TO WIN THE WAR
Rec. 11.30 a.m. OTTAWA, Dec. 19. The president of the Canadian Congress of Labour, Mr. Mosher, has announced a plan to establish a super Canadian-American Labour organisation" for the duration of the war to aid organised workers in both countries unitedly to improve labour management and develop the conditions necessary for winning the war.
It Is 'proposed that the organisation shall include all trade unions of both countries, particularly members of the Congress of Industrial Organisations, the American Federation of Labour and Canadian groups.
