Various appointments to the co l lege staff were made at a meeting of the Auckland University College Council yesterday afternoon. Mr. A. C. of Auckland, who has been part time and temporary lecturer at the college since 1935, was appointed lecturer in architectureOther appointments included the following: Temporary lecturer in mathematics. Miss Theo Marsh: parttlme lecturer in bookkeeping 1. Mr D. S. Cox: part-time Jocuarer in cot mercial law. Mr. L. M. retime demonstrator in botam*. M <- Howie: junior. library assistant. M 1 W. Gillespie. Dr. S. K. Phillip (singing) and Mr. Eric Water' (piano) were appointed assistant examiners for the Centennial Mu ic Festival Scholarship for 1941.
