NORMAL CHRISTMAS
U.S.A. CELEBRATIONS WASHINGTON, Dec. 1. Mrs. Roosevelt, at a Press conference, replying to a question, said: ' Christmas presents should include those traditionally dispensed bv Santa Claus as well as practical things, despite the national emergency." It is announced that Miss Eloise Davison, assistant director of the Office of Civilian Defence, is leaving for London to study women's volunteer defence work. Thirteen others will follow later.
