Brazilian Officers In Area Facing Dakar REASON NOT STATED Rec. 2.30 p.m. NEW YORK, Nov. 28. The Rio de Janeiro correspondent of the United Press says the War Ministry announced to-day that army reserve officers serving in the Brazilian military district nearest to Dakar, in French West Africa, will not be released from active service when their terms expire. Officials have not explained the reasons.
