RETAIL PRICE OF ORANGESj I CHINESE FRUITERERS FINED j Two Chinese fruiterers were prose-j cuted under the Marketing Act ini in the Police Court yesterday on a charge of selling oranges at a retail) price per dozen exceeding 40 per centum above the buying price, increased by the cost of all freight andj transport charges. Mr. B. Rosen, who prosecuted, said that in each case an overcharge had been made. Wong Chong Lee was fined £2 and costs £1 11/, and Lui Moo Kee, £4 land costs £1 11/.
