It is announced from Berlin that Alfred Rosenberg (left) hu been appointed by Hitler as Reichminister for occupied eastern territories. He will establish civil administration in those areas where fighting is no longer in progress. Dr. Schacht (right), former Reichsbank president, has been given the task of organising industry and agriculture in Germanoccupied Russia.
