SUCCESSOR TO HUXTZIGER? Rec. 12.30 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 16. General Alphonse Juin, Comman-der-in-Chief of the Vichy forces in Morocco, has arrived in Vichy in response to a call from the Govern-1 ment. Political quarters believe that' General Juin will succeed General Huntziger, who was killed last week in a plane crash. General Juin is 52 and one of the youngest French generals. He commanded a motorised division in the present war.
