BULGARIA RESTIVE Concern At British-Soviet Concentrations United Press Association. —Copyrig-lit. Rec. 2 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 16. Reporting this the British United Press correspondent at Ankara adds: "Foreign propaganda experts continue to arrive in Turkey.
