Lenin's Body Taken From Moscow Mausoleum HITLER'S REPORTED PLAN Rec. 1 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 17. The embalmed body of Lenin has been removed from its mausoleum in Moscow and taken to a hiding place "somewhere in Russia," says the Evening Standard's diarist. Although Stalin is determined that Hitler shall not enter Moscow he has taken this precaution. Hitler planned to take Lenin's body to Berchtesgaden to- cremate it and have the ashes strewn on the ground around his chalet, where he could tread on them. TO CARRY GUNS Rec. 2 p.m. WASHINGTON, Oct. 17. The House of Representatives passed the revision of the Neutrality Act to enable the arming of merchant vessels.
