Collins, of Palmerston North, is spending a holiday in Auckland. * * # * Miss Joan Wallace, of Takapuna, is on a visit to her sister, Mrs. Lyall McLauchlin, of "Balvonie," Blenheim. * * * * Miss Silvia Martinengo, of Auckland, is hiking through North Auckland for a holiday. Starting early this week, she tramped from Auckland to Whangarei via coast roads, doing the 111 miles in four days.
