(P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. The following air casualties were officially announced to-day:— DOOLE. David Gifßn (Pilot-Officer), reported killed as the result of an aircraft accident—Mrs. M. J. Doole. Hastings (mother). BISHOP. Omer Wilbur John (Sgt.). reported missing—Mrs. R. Bishop. Norse*Aood (mother). WEIGHT, Peter Everard (Sgt.). admitted to hospital suffering from injuries received during air operations—Mr. F. E. Weight, Auckland < father). GENNON, Pc-ter (Sgt.). reported missing on operations —Mr. J. S. Gennon. Granity (father). McDERMOTT. John Alexander (Sgt.). reported slightly injured as result of operations—Miss S. McDermoit, Wellington (sLster). MURPHY. Stanley Oldfleld John (Sgt.), reported missing on operations—Mr. J. E. Murphy, Wellington (father).
