Mr. S. G. Holland. Leader of the Opposition, who attended a meeting of the Remuera electorate committee of the New Zealand Xational on Saturday evening, left for Wellington last night. Lieutenant L. J. Williamson, adjutant of the Ist Composite Company Army Service Corps, and Lieutenant H. F. Goddard, adjutant of the Ist Battalion, Hauraki Regiment, have been promoted to cantain. v
