CHURCH BUS
MOUNT ALBERT INNOVATION' A free bus service instituted a month ago by St. Luke's vestry, Mount Albert, has proved a great success. The bus runs on Sunday mornings from the northern boundary ot the parish, through the thickly populated area of the Prince of Wales estate to St. Luke's Church. Each Sunday morning it is filled to capacity with children and adults, having in the past month brought 20S children and 61 adults to the morning services. The bus service was instituted by the vestry in order to provide for the spiritual needs of a part of the parish remote from the church and from any bus or tram route. The children attend Sunday school while their parents are in church. The bus leaves on the return journey at 12.15 p.m.
