MINOR FIRES
Two minor fires were attendedjjtf morning by machines from the® tral and Parnell Fire Stations. Ijg damage was done in either casfcjff first call was to a truck owned* A. B. Wright and Sons, LiiljM* which caught fire in Parnell BJJ when a tarpaulin came in catiUC with the hot exhaust. Bituminous paint which btsjK over on the premises of X. A. Sot*' linp. Limited, signwriters, of 2J* Victoria Street West, Citv. catUgj small fire just before midday. H* flames were extinguished with MB* difficulty.
