FRANKLIN BOWLERS
Delegates from the Papakura, Clevedon. Buckland, Tuakau, Pukekohe and Patumahoe clubs attended the annual meeting of the Franklin Bowling Association, Mr. W. Finlay presiding. Officers elected were:—Patron, Mr. G. Armstrong; president. Mr. A. Hammond; senior vice-president, Mr. J. Pulton; junior vice-president. Mr. W. Hyde: secretary. Mr. E. G. Moncrief; auditor. Mr. F. H. Hewitt; emergency committee, Messrs. Hammond, Moncrief and W. J. Short. Arrangements were made to conduct fours A and B pairs, championship and first year singles tournaments during the season.
