SCHOOL OPENING DATE
| WHANGAREI SUGGESTION (0.C.) WHANGAREI, this day. At a meeting of the Whangarei High School Board, the view was expressed that the first school term should commence on February 10 instead of February 3, on account of the hot weather experienced in February. To compensate for the later opening of school, it was proposed that the school should continue to December 18 instead of December 11.
I A recommendation to this effect jwas passed by the board for submission to the Education Board.
