MADELEINE CARROLL and Stirling Hayden look as though they are in love, writes Sheilah Graham. When Madeleine made "Virginia" with Mr. Hayden, it was suggested that she might have a publicity romance with the handsome blonde giant; but she indignantly refused. So did he. At that time Madeleine was the betrothed of Lieutenant Roziere. now ferrying planes to England. Stirling's mother is occupying Miss Carroll's beach house and reports from the Bahamas, where the couple are co-starring in "Bahama Passage," indicate a torrid state of affairs.
