PERMANENT CAMP?

(0.C.) WHANG ARE I, this day. Once a decision has been made to | recognise Kensington Park as a per-1 manlnt territorial camp the duration of the war a permanent Y.M.C.A. hut will be built. The representative of the Y.M.C.A. in the north,' Mr J W. Court, said yesterday that he 'had received official advice from the war services committee of the national Y.M.C.A. to the. effect that an assurance had been given by the National Patriotic Fund Board that as soon as official advice had been received from the military authorities that the Kensington camp was, to be for the duration of the war, authority would be given for the, 1 ' -nstruction of a hut.
