Wanaka. elicited keen competition. The black filly from Costume, by Pink Coat, was sol) to Mr. W. R. Adamson. Wcstland. for 22C>.rs. Mr. Adamson is the owner of Jolly Time. who was bred at the same stud. The second juvenile, a bay colt from F'tinvooil. a half-sister to Tauramai. Rin Tin Tin and Oharmaine. was pin chased by the Xew Zealand Farmers' Co-opera tiin; Association, as a«ents for 240rs. This colt will race as Mount Barker. Noble Fnx and Tidewaiter were on the catalogue, but were withdrawn from sale.
